Training
We offer all our installers a full apprenticeship scheme to build on the base of each installers skill and knowledge.
Company Days
Regular features of our working year are events that not only involve our employees but reach beyond them to family and community members.
Outreach
Outreach for Humanity’s mission is to compassionately serve those in need by providing financial support, time and talent in order to affect lives for the better and does so by donating a minimum of $50,000 annually, in addition to volunteer services. Some of their community projects include a $25,000 commitment to Rady Children’s Hospital, Challenged Athletes Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Susan B. Koman Foundation, St. Andrews Episcopal Church’s Friday Lunch Program & Kairos Prison Ministry, Interfaith Community Services Alliance for Regional Solutions, Make a Wish Tuna Challenge. Additionally, “Outreach” is actively involved in the Nazareth Boy’s Orphanage in Tijuana, has created its own scholarship fund and has worked with and purchased farm land for the Xai-Xai Bible College in Mozambique, Africa.
